What's New
I'm very pleased to announce that I will be appearing in upcoming episodes of
Ribert & Robert's WonderWorld, an animated/live-action childrens' learning program that airs on over 100 American Public Television stations worldwide. I play the part of Justin the Photographer, who introduces children, the "Powerpals," to photography related ideas and concepts as they relate to the day's topic. It's strange ground for me being on the other side of the lens, but it's a very rewarding opportunity to share my passion for photography with young kids.
I'm afraid I've been rather inactive lately in terms of new content. My fiancée and I are now fully in the throes of planning our upcoming wedding this autumn, which leaves very little time for shooting new artwork. That having been said, I had a very productive outing to Strawberry Banke colonial museum in Portsmouth, NH very recently where I shot several panoramics as well as some individual stills of the buildings and grounds, most of which are from the late 17th and early 18th centuries. It's a neat series and I really enjoyed the whole experience. I'll have them up as soon as I get them looking right.

It was a challenge trying to shoot HDR when I needed to; they don't allow tripods in the buildings, so I often found myself pivoting my camera around door jambs

A Note to Visitors
There is no need to thank me for the deviations I add to my favorites. In fact, my thanks go out to all of you for sharing your wonderful photos and digital artwork with us all. Sharing and comparing are a big part of what makes this community so wonderful.

'True art is not cut from the cloth of predictability. Rather, it's an ephemeral brilliance snatched from the chaos of unformed inspiration.
